Privacy Policy

The short version

Your journal entries and journeys live on your own device. We do not run a server that stores the things you write. We collect anonymous, aggregate analytics to understand how the app is used, never your personal content. We do not sell your personal data.

Your journal stays on your device

369 Manifestation Journal is a local-first app. The goals, affirmations, and journal entries you create are stored on your device. If you have iCloud enabled, that content syncs privately through your own Apple iCloud account so it can move between your devices. This sync happens directly between you and Apple. We do not operate a server that receives, reads, or stores your journal content.

Anonymous analytics

To improve the app, we use PostHog to collect anonymous, aggregate product analytics, such as which features are opened and how often the app is used. These analytics do not include your name, your email, or the contents of your journal. They are used to understand patterns across many people, not to identify you.

Subscriptions and payments

Subscriptions are processed by Apple through the App Store, and managed on our side through RevenueCat, which handles subscription status. Your payment is handled entirely by Apple. We never see or store your card number or payment details.

This website

This website (use369.com) uses Google Analytics to measure aggregate visits and how people find the page, such as page views and referral sources. This helps us understand interest in the app. It does not identify you personally.

What we do not do

• We do not sell your personal data.
• We do not store your journal entries on our servers.
• We do not ask for your name or email to use the app.

Deleting your data

Because your content lives on your device and in your own iCloud, you are in control. Inside the app you can use "Delete All Data" to clear your entries. To remove everything completely, delete the app and remove its associated data from your iCloud account. Once deleted, that content is gone.

Children

369 Manifestation Journal is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the app evolves. When we make a meaningful change, we will update the date at the top of this page.
