Acceptance of terms

By downloading, accessing, or using 369 Manifestation Journal, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app or this website.

What the app is

369 Manifestation Journal is a journaling and mindfulness tool inspired by the 3-6-9 practice. It is intended to help you build a calm daily writing habit and reflect on your goals. It is aspirational by nature. It is not a guarantee of any particular outcome, result, or life change. It is not medical, mental health, financial, legal, or other professional advice. If you need such advice, please consult a qualified professional.

Subscriptions and billing

369 Manifestation Journal may offer auto-renewing subscriptions. Subscriptions are purchased, billed, and managed through your Apple App Store account. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, your subscription renews automatically, and your account is charged for the next period at the price disclosed at purchase.

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your App Store account settings. We aim to present pricing and renewal terms honestly and clearly before you buy. Refunds are handled by Apple under the App Store terms.

Acceptable use

Please use the app for its intended personal, lawful purpose. You agree not to misuse it, attempt to disrupt or reverse engineer it, or use it in any way that breaks the law or infringes the rights of others.

Your content

The journal entries and other content you create are yours. Because the app is local-first, that content lives on your device and syncs through your own iCloud. You are responsible for the content you create and for keeping your own backups where it matters to you.

Intellectual property

The app, the website, the 369 Manifestation Journal name, the logo, and the design, text, and graphics we provide are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable law. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works from them without permission. This does not affect ownership of the content you write yourself.

Disclaimer of warranties

The app and website are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error free, or that it will produce any specific result.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app or website. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the app, if any, in the twelve months before the claim.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the app evolves. When we make a meaningful change, we will update the date at the top of this page. Your continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of The Netherlands, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of that jurisdiction.
